The Tubarão plant specializes in manufacturing aluminum profiles for the civil construction market and also houses an anodizing unit for surface finishing of aluminum profiles; it is also home to Hydro’s general tooling department. You will be part of a business built for the future by joining us on a transformative journey. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- * Assemble tools, performing visual inspections to support uninterrupted production flow. * Operate lift trucks, electric pallet jacks, overhead cranes, tool assembly equipment, and tool disassembly equipment. * Clean tools and die holders using caustic soda baths. * Disassemble and sort tool accessories. * Perform shot blasting of tools using automatic steel grit blast systems. * Manage operational tool inventory. * Polish and assemble tool accessories. * Load and/or unload tool trucks. Supply tools to presses according to lead time. * **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- **Academic Qualifications** * High school diploma required; * Technical course in machining mechanics preferred; **Knowledge and Skills** * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation preferred; * Dynamic professional profile, strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and punctuality.
