Organization and updating of administrative controls **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Proactively manage expiration risk at the point of sale (PDV); \- Connect promoters and the commercial team to validate inventory, correct overstock, and reduce returns; \- Perform daily prevention of losses due to expiration; \- Control pending items and non-conformities related to lack of response or delayed information, acting proactively to avoid operational flow interruptions; \- Maintain constant communication with Commercial and Promoter teams, ensuring information alignment and supporting decision-making; \- Ensure organization, reliability, and updating of administrative controls related to inventory monitoring and expiration risk. \- Record, update, and control inventory returns reported by promoters, maintaining history and traceability of information; \- Assist in hiring and maintaining promoters and sales representatives; \- Contact manufacturers to resolve pending issues. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Computer literacy. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Work Location:** ---------------------- Tubarão **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 10:12 AM to 10:00 PM
