If you want to be part of an innovative team that positively impacts the efficiency of large organizations, this is your place.** **\#JoinSOS ??** **Currently, we are looking for an IT Technician to support us in the following activities:** * Continuously monitor server performance, ensuring high availability, stability, and rapid incident response; * Manage and oversee information security, including access control, implementation of security policies, system updates, and vulnerability prevention; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance management for IT equipment, ensuring full functionality of the technology infrastructure; * Execute and supervise computer formatting and configuration, ensuring standardization and compliance with project requirements; * Provide support for IT infrastructure, including networks, workstations, and integration with systems used in the project; * Support the operational team in resolving technical issues, ensuring continuity of operations and adherence to deadlines; * Track IT department performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to processes and technological resources; * Conduct daily evaluations and monitoring of the capture software, including reporting and validation of information processing; * Document procedures, incidents, and adopted solutions, ensuring traceability and organization of information. **Requirements:** **Technical Requirements:** * Experience monitoring IT environments (servers, networks, and services); * Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, structured cabling, basic switch and router configuration); * Understanding of information security (access control, antivirus, policies, and best practices); * Experience providing end-user technical support (basic/intermediate level); * Hands-on experience formatting, installing, and configuring operating systems and software; * Experience in hardware maintenance (diagnosis and component replacement); * Familiarity with backup and data recovery tools; * Basic knowledge of virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper\-V) — preferred; * Experience in document digitization environments or high-volume data environments is desirable. * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (IT-related fields) **Behavioral Requirements:** * Strong communication and user support skills; * Organizational skills and sense of priority; * Proactive problem-solving attitude; * Teamwork orientation; * Adaptability to diverse demands and environments. **Benefits:** Day Off, Namu \- Wellbeing, Open English, University Partnership Programs, Sulamérica Dental Plan, Life Insurance
