Foster a culture of operational excellence and Q5 mindset **APS Engineer** ##### **What you’ll do:** * Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing cost reduction, leading internal assessments and audits, deploying lean tools, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and Q5 mindset across the organization. * Implement and sustain Autoliv (ALV) operational and process standards to improve KPIs, with strong focus on efficiency, waste reduction, and performance consistency aligned with global best practices. * Develop and mentor teams, coordinate cross\-functional follow\-up actions, benchmark best practices with other sites, and lead improvement projects to ensure sustainable results and operational maturity. ##### **What is required:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, with minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing industry. * Advanced English proficiency and strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, and project management.
