Dynamic environment with opportunities for career growth **What will be your mission on the team?** * Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Automation: Designing and maintaining infrastructure via code (Terraform or Ansible) to ensure standardized environments; * Orchestration Management: Administering container clusters (Kubernetes/Docker) to guarantee application availability; * Financial Optimization (FinOps): Continuously monitoring and adjusting resources to reduce costs without compromising performance; * Security and Resilience: Implementing access policies (IAM), firewalls, and backup/disaster recovery plans; * Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Resolving complex incidents using observability and telemetry tools; * Development Support: Assisting software teams in configuring CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture. **Basic Requirements:** * Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in corporate environments; * Solid networking knowledge: VPC/VNet, subnets, route tables, NAT, VPN, DNS, load balancing, CIDR concepts, and troubleshooting; * Practical Linux knowledge (administration, services, logs, systemd, permissions, basic performance); * Experience with containerization (Docker) and fundamentals of orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE or equivalent) — at least operational level; * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation/Bicep/ARM (or equivalent); * Experience with CI/CD applied to infrastructure (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.), including environment promotion and change control; * Observability knowledge: metrics, logs, and traces; configuration and troubleshooting using tools such as CloudWatch/Azure Monitor/Stackdriver, ELK/Elastic, Datadog, New Relic, etc.; * Experience with high availability and resilience: multi\-AZ, backup, restore, DR, RTO/RPO, contingency testing; * Cloud security concepts: IAM/RBAC, policies, encryption in transit and at rest, secret management, hardening, and least privilege; * Experience with automation and scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python) for operations, routines, and integration; * Familiarity with ITSM (incidents, changes, problems) and technical documentation (runbooks, diagrams, standards). **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS SAA/SysOps, Azure Administrator, GCP Associate, or equivalents); * Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda/Functions/Cloud Functions), event-driven systems, and queues (SQS/SNS, Service Bus, Pub/Sub); * FinOps knowledge (tagging, budgets/alerts, rightsizing, savings plans/reserved instances, cost governance); * Advanced security experience: WAF, IDS/IPS, SIEM, CSPM (e.g., Security Hub/Defender), vulnerability management. **Additional Information:** * Fully on\-site position \- Fortaleza Unit; * Contract type: PJ (individual contractor); * Health Insurance; * Paid Time Off; * Exclusive partnerships and discounts (language schools, car rentals, restaurants, among others). **If you’re driven by challenges, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow in an environment that values autonomy and development, this opportunity is for you.** **Join us as a FitBanker!!**
