Job Summary: Assist the driver in delivery and pickup routes, ensuring the integrity and organization of goods and providing operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with loading, unloading, and organizing goods 2. Support to the driver during routes and maneuvers 3. Team-based work focused on safety and excellent customer service **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring product integrity; * Accompany the driver on delivery and pickup routes; * Verify goods against invoices when requested; * Properly organize and secure cargo inside the vehicle; * Support the driver during maneuvers, signaling, and parking, as needed; * Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conservation, and organization; * Comply with safety, traffic, and company internal procedures; * Assist in customer deliveries, ensuring courtesy and high-quality service; * Report any irregularities observed during transportation to the driver or management. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Availability for travel and flexible working hours; * Good physical condition for operational tasks. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Responsibility and commitment; * Teamwork; * Agility and proactivity; * Effective communication. **Working Conditions** * Work performed both outdoors and indoors; * Moderate to intense physical effort; * Exposure to varying weather conditions. **Work Schedule** * **Hours:** from **7:00 PM to 3:48 AM**, * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday. * **Break:** 1-hour dinner break.
