* **Job-ID:** V000011271 * **Location:** Kapfenberg, Donawitz, Zeltweg * **Start date:** As soon as possible * **Employment type:** Full-time Your Responsibilities ------------- * Independent implementation and support of modern Cisco network solutions (LAN and WLAN) within an international corporate environment * Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and design guidelines in the LAN and WLAN areas * Maintenance of technical documentation and monitoring of network infrastructure * Handling and resolution of incidents and requests within 2nd- and 3rd-Level Support * Adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high service quality * Participation in international IT projects related to network infrastructure * Involvement in setting up test environments and prototypes, along with ongoing consultation and implementation of new solutions * Participation in local on-call duty in Styria to ensure continuous operations Your Profile ---------- * Completed technical education (HTL/University/FH) with focus on IT * Broad knowledge and professional experience in enterprise environments on Cisco networking platforms, including experience with DNA Center and ISE (TrustSec & SDA) * Solid knowledge of routing and switching, as well as current High-Availability architectures (Cisco Validated Designs), and SDA expertise required * Ideally, initial experience with APIs or Python * Cisco Professional certification(s) are an advantage * Team spirit and a proactive, self-responsible working style essential for successful collaboration in international projects * Excellent communication skills and strong command of English, both written and spoken (due to international cooperation) * Willingness to travel – occasionally within Austria and partially to global locations of the voestalpine Group What We Offer -------------- **Salary and Benefits:** The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is EUR 4,485.00 gross (paid 14 times per year).
