Job Description **CONSTRUCTION ANALYST** This opportunity is for positions at the company's units (RS, SC, PR). Main responsibilities include bridging construction planning and execution, estimating and controlling budgets, monitoring construction schedules, conducting quality inspection and control, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. If this resonates with you, this job is for you! **What we require:*** Completed high school education. * Preferred: currently enrolled in or graduated from Administration, Civil Engineering, or Architecture and Urban Planning programs. * Technical courses in Building Construction or Administration are advantageous. * Willingness to travel. * Driver's license category B. **Desired technical knowledge:*** Proficiency in spreadsheet control. * Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Basic understanding of construction technical documentation (designs, measurements, contracts). * Support in controlling physical\-financial schedules. * Organization of drawings, designs, and technical revisions. * Control of invoices, material requisitions, and supplier contracts. * Basic knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or SketchUp is preferred. **Complementary characteristics and skills:*** Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Strong communication with technical and operational teams. * Proactivity and agility in resolving issues. * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
