Responsibilities: * Monitor logistics operations, supporting the execution of daily routines. * Support demand organization by proactively addressing operational needs. * Track delivery records, performance indicators, and operational data. * Provide support to customer service and delivery teams in resolving operational incidents. * Collaborate on organizing and standardizing processes and routines. * Support training and refresher sessions for internal teams and partners. * Conduct client visits within the assigned base to monitor operations, align expectations, and collect feedback related to logistics. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred but not required). * Prior experience in operational routines, logistics, customer service, or related areas. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking demands and processes. * Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal teams, delivery personnel, and clients. * Adaptability to work in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.
