Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards The restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Campina Grande. **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients. Support chefs in plating dishes and organizing the production line. Perform cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing goods and inventory. Sort and prepare necessary materials prior to service commencement. Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Support general kitchen cleaning at the end of the shift. Assist with other operational tasks as directed by management.
