**Job Description \- Grade Specific** ------------------------------------- We are seeking a Mainframe Developer with solid experience in agile projects to work end-to-end across the development lifecycle. We are looking for a candidate with an 'owner mindset' (ownership), who demonstrates agility and proactivity in assuming technical responsibility for user stories and tasks, overseeing them from the technical refinement phase through to production deployment. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop, maintain, and modernize applications in a Mainframe environment. * Operate autonomously as the 'owner' of deliverables (end\-to\-end), from refinement through to deployment. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication with the team and other departments. * Ensure code quality and alignment with business requirements. Mandatory Requirements * Experience: Minimum of 7 years working as a Mainframe Developer. * Core Languages and Technologies: Strong proficiency in COBOL (Enterprise), CICS, DB2, and JCL. * Tools and Integrations: Practical experience with IBM Changeman, TSO, Control\-M, IBM\-MQ, and DTCN/YY07\. * Work Environment: Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams. * Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, proactive and collaborative attitude. Desirable Requirements * Additional Technical Knowledge: IMS, Hexavision, and Erwin (Data Modeling / Thesaurus). * Agile and DevOps Culture: Hands-on experience with DevOps pipelines and proficiency with Jira and Confluence. * Innovation (GenAI): Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or experience using other IDEs and assistants powered by Generative Artificial Intelligence. Key Differentiators * Prior experience with financial systems and banking operations. * Specific knowledge of Banco Bradesco's system architecture.
