Responsibilities: * Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring legal and documentary compliance * Execute and monitor payroll processing and labor-related statutory obligations * Manage timekeeping, working hours, and shift scheduling * Administer benefits management (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, etc.) * Monitor vacation schedules, leaves of absence, and contract termination procedures * Lead recruitment and selection processes * Plan and implement onboarding and integration of new employees * Manage performance, provide feedback, develop leadership capabilities, and foster employee engagement * Support management and contribute to organizational development Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in the Human Resources field * Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
