Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for alerting responsible parties in suspicious situations, providing assistance, maintaining the log book, monitoring images, advising on security matters, and conducting inspections. Inspecting and receiving materials Alert responsible parties upon identifying suspicious situations or behaviors. Provide assistance to guests, residents, clients, and staff during incidents occurring across various areas of the property. Maintain an updated log book with daily incidents and follow up on pending items. Maintain a professional and discreet attitude regarding all matters involving guests, residents, and clients. Monitor surveillance images and verify that image backups are being performed correctly. Observe behaviors of individuals circulating in high-risk areas. Advise guests, residents, clients, and staff on security procedures. Conduct entry and exit inspections of staff by checking personal belongings. If any unusual item is identified, request authorization for removal from the responsible party. Receive suppliers and contact responsible parties for their reception. Secondary Responsibilities: Keep the area clean and organized. Receive materials, verify items against the invoice description, register them, and forward to the responsible department.
