Contract Analyst

**Contract Analyst** AIR MINAS is seeking a Contract Analyst to join our administrative team and oversee contract monitoring, control, and management for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) construction and service projects. **Main responsibilities** * Draft, analyze, and monitor contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors * Track contractual deadlines, validity periods, price adjustments, renewals, and addenda * Support the Construction, Procurement, Legal, Controller, and Executive departments on contractual matters * Perform document verification and track fulfillment of contractual obligations * Prepare notices, official letters, technical responses, and administrative documents * Monitor progress measurements, contractual scope, and potential contractual deviations * Support claims processes, economic\-financial rebalancing, and time/scope addenda * Manage insurance policies, contractual guarantees, certificates, and mandatory documentation * Support public and private contracts, including tender document and contractual clause analysis * Maintain internal tracking systems, dashboards, and departmental KPIs * Maintain continuous interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal teams **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Law, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields * Experience in contract management, construction projects, or administrative routines * Ability to read and interpret contracts * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and analytically minded * Prior experience with construction, facilities, engineering, or HVAC contracts is desirable * Familiarity with Brazilian Public Bidding Law and Administrative Contracts is desirable **Advantages** * Experience with public contracts * Background in engineering or construction companies * Knowledge of MS Project, SharePoint, or ERP systems * Negotiation skills and ability to manage deadlines **Job details** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * On-site work * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM * Location: Santa Inês – Belo Horizonte/MG * Availability for external meetings and technical site visits, as required **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher * Unimed health plan * Life insurance Minimum education level: Undergraduate degree Preferred education: Law, Undergraduate degree Driver's license category: B Willingness to travel * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Health plan (Unimed\-BH) * Transportation allowance
