Job Summary: A professional responsible for the full management of the store, including team performance, administrative interface, financial management, inventory management, infrastructure management, as well as legal compliance and safety procedures. Interface with administrative and support departments **This professional will be responsible for activities related to:** * Monitoring and tracking team and store performance indicators; developing and implementing action plans to achieve store targets under their responsibility; * Serving as the store’s liaison with administrative and support departments; managing store finances, infrastructure, inventory of products and supplies, and personnel; * Ensuring all mandatory legal documentation complies with applicable legislation; * Implementing procedures inherent to loss prevention, risk mitigation, and safety; * Receiving representatives from regulatory agencies; * Ensuring proper store organization, pricing, and cleanliness in accordance with established standards; * Maintaining up-to-date Branch Registration File, Branch Documents File, and Pharmaceutical Good Practices Manual; * Printing, verifying, and submitting monthly and quarterly monthly balances of List A and B2 medications; * Conducting weekly verification of controlled and antimicrobial medications using the SCMC system; * Performing daily verification of prescriptions dispensed the previous day; * Submitting daily controlled substance inventory movements to SNGPC/ANVISA. **What You Need:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF); * Availability to work on weekends; * Experience in managerial positions.
