




Job Summary: A professional responsible for serving customers, configuring data in the Tasy system, updating tables, handling pending tasks, and monitoring KPIs to drive improvements. Monitor KPIs and propose improvements **Job Responsibilities:** * Serve internal and external customers courteously; * Configure and update data in the Tasy system, ensuring reliability; * Update tables (Brasíndice, Simpro, TISS/ANS) and monitor related processes; * Handle pending tasks and service orders within deadlines; * Monitor KPIs, identify issues, and propose improvements; * Support departmental processes (reports, quality assurance, updates, and general requests); * Participate in meetings and process improvement initiatives; * Conduct research and benchmarking while ensuring information confidentiality. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pharmacy, Hospital Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Health is desirable **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 * Thursday: 08:00–17:00 Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$3.358,72 per month Work Location: On-site
