Ensuring fleet availability **DIVISION:** Urban Public Transportation **COMPANY:** Topbus Transportes S/A **DEPARTMENT:** Maintenance **POSITION:** Leader **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for leading the auto body repair team, directing and instructing staff on damage repairs, including bumper repairs, end cap replacements, sheet metal replacement, and painting. Additionally, supervise side and roof laminated panel replacements. Address inspection-reported failures to update traffic authorization permits and ensure the quality of auto body repair services affecting vehicle drivability, such as mirror and driver seat adjustments.
