Participation in training courses through the apprenticeship program **Position: Apprentice – Logistics / Warehouse Management** **Department:** Logistics **Location:** Industrial electrical services company **Employment Type:** Apprenticeship (in accordance with the Apprenticeship Law) **Job Description** The Apprentice will support the Warehouse Manager by learning and performing basic tasks related to material organization, control, and movement used in industrial electrical maintenance and installation services. Professional competencies will be developed through hands-on activities within the department and participation in the apprenticeship training program. Starting in January 2026\. **Responsibilities** * Assist in organizing and cleaning the warehouse; * Support receiving, inspection, and storage of materials, tools, and PPE; * Help pick and deliver items to electrical maintenance teams; * Update simple material intake and outtake records in spreadsheets or systems; * Identify materials using labels and maintain organized shelves and inventory; * Assist in periodic inventory counts; * Support verification of PPE and consumables’ validity and condition; * Provide administrative support for logistics department routines as directed by the Warehouse Manager. **Requirements** * Age between 15 and 17 years (per Apprenticeship legislation); * Currently enrolled in or having completed Elementary or High School; * Interest in learning logistics and warehouse management tasks; * Basic computer literacy is a plus. **Desired Competencies** * Organization and responsibility; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Good communication and teamwork orientation; * Attention to detail and care for materials and tools. **We Offer** * Apprenticeship contract; * Stipend \+ benefits as per legislation; * Training course through the apprenticeship program; * Opportunity for professional development in an industrial environment. * Life insurance; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Health plan **Compensation \| Schedule** * Monthly stipend: R$ 800.00; * Daily working hours: 4 hours.
