Plan, size, and allocate teams across various construction work fronts, instructing and guiding supervisors on tasks, priorities, and adopted execution methods. Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to schedule work execution, estimating execution periods based on personnel availability, productive capacity, equipment and material availability, and other variables, with the objective of improving productivity and ensuring work quality. **Requirements:** Proven experience in this role, team management skills, clear communication ability, resilience, and strong teamwork capability. Willingness to travel is required.
