Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **In your day\-to\-day work, you will:** * Architect and develop scalable software solutions using Java with Micronaut/Spring; * Technically lead and implement microservices to support critical products and services; * Develop and maintain highly scalable and high\-performance solutions for critical card services. * Mentor junior, mid\-level, and senior developers, promoting best development practices; * Optimize application and infrastructure performance by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions; * Collaborate on defining architectural standards and technical guidelines for the team; * Conduct technical reviews and ensure the quality and security of developed solutions. * Serve as the guardian of technical quality in development. **What we’re looking for** **Required:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced experience (\+6 years) with object\-oriented programming and design patterns; * Solid experience with Java and the Micronaut and/or Spring frameworks; * Expertise in relational and non\-relational databases; * Experience with cloud computing and AWS resources (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFormation); * Advanced proficiency in Design Patterns, microservice architectures, and REST APIs; * Knowledge of Docker and containers; * Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices; * Experience with event\-driven architectures and message brokers; * Experience with observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, etc); * Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities for teams. * Ability to influence technical teams. **Desirable:** * Experience in the banking industry. **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self\-care services at exclusive rates, decompression area, games, and mini golf course * Benefits in our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening. * Assessments * HR interview. * Technical test (when required). * Interview with leadership. * Job offer (Offer) Work modality: On\-site in Belo Horizonte/MG and Recife/PE **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
