A Brazilian technology company with over 30 years of history, specializing in software development for equipment rental businesses serving civil construction, engineering, and industry—such as scaffolding, concrete mixers, and generators. Today, we are market leaders with over 700 clients and 4\.000 users, and our ERP is the #1-selling software in Brazil’s equipment rental segment. Our system is robust, modular, and designed to optimize the entire management process for companies in this sector. We are currently experiencing a phase of expansion and growth, and we seek a Mid-Level Delphi Developer responsible for maintaining and developing solutions to help our clients improve their results through the use of innovative technologies and enhanced management processes. **Main Responsibilities:** Develop the product in alignment with market trends, pursuing technological innovations that meet client demands and position Sisloc ahead of its competitors. Consult more experienced developers, architects, and technical leads for any new feature implementation in the system, aiming to absorb new and better practices to fulfill the request. Monitor the existing demand queue in Redmine and/or Zendesk, resolve reported issues, and assist internal and/or external clients in issue resolution. Provide daily progress updates to management (immediate manager/technical lead). Make calls to clients to resolve specific requests. Perform technical analysis of program and code inspection. Provide application problem diagnostics. Propose system improvements to reduce errors occurring during maintenance and enhance coding standards. Assist in the development/training of peers or less-experienced programmers; inspect their code and suggest improvement points. **Technical Requirements:** ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS Completed high school; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields is desirable. SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS: Database and SQL commands (knowledge of SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, ORDER BY, GROUP BY, HAVING, CREATE TABLE, ALTER TABLE, WHERE clauses); Coding of simple and medium-complexity programs; Writing of unit tests; Understanding of operating system concepts; Proficiency in the Delphi programming language. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in systems programming.
