Job Summary: Responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving automations and integrations using Power Automate Process, Python, and complementary tools, ensuring governance, quality, documentation, and compliance. Ensuring governance, quality, and compliance of solutions Responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving automations and integrations using Power Automate Process and Premium, Python, and complementary automation tools. Analyzes business area requirements, designs technical solutions, and ensures governance, quality, documentation, and compliance with corporate policies and standards. Supports audits, process improvements, and technological innovation initiatives. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and organize activities according to priorities defined by IT Management and business areas. * Estimate effort and deadlines for assigned tasks. * Anticipate potential technical issues and schedule risks, proposing mitigation actions and promptly communicating them to management. * Participate in defining and reviewing development and automation standards, guidelines, frameworks, and best practices. * Design automation architectures, integrations, and data flows according to corporate needs. * Develop, implement, and evolve workflows in Power Automate Process and Premium, ensuring performance, security, organization, and appropriate documentation. * Create and maintain scripts, APIs, bots, and various automations using Python. * Integrate internal and external systems via REST APIs, databases, and corporate services. * Conduct technical and functional requirement gathering with involved areas. * Identify, analyze, and propose improvements to corporate processes to avoid rework and recurrence of issues. * Ensure versioning, standardization, and governance of developed solutions. * Prepare technical manuals, operational documentation, and artifacts for audits. * Perform unit, functional, and integration testing prior to final deliveries. * Maintain existing automations, ensuring continuous operation and applying enhancements when necessary. * Apply methodologies defined by management and technical standards of Verzani & Sandrini Group. ### **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in process development and automation.
