




**Description** Responsible for technically supporting manufacturing processes, performing time and method analyses, product and structure registrations and adjustments in the system, as well as monitoring equipment assembly to define manufacturing times. Works on the development and revision of procedures, check\-lists and work instructions, ensuring standardization and continuous process improvement. Provides support to production in using the Shop Floor System (SCF), monitors indicators, and proposes corrective actions, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Activities to be performed** * Perform registrations and changes of internal products, finished products, and structures, ensuring updates in systems (Protheus, SCF) and compliance with technical standards; * Analyze impacts of requests for changes in registrations and structures, proposing adjustments to maintain process integrity; * Train and support Production in the use of the Shop Floor System (SCF), ensuring correct application of procedures; * Monitor equipment assembly to define manufacturing times, applying chronostudy analysis techniques and work methods; * Support monitoring of SCF reports and indicators, identifying deviations and requesting corrective actions with Production; * Develop and revise technical documentation such as work instructions, work procedures, check\-lists, and flowcharts, ensuring standardization and continuous improvement; * Assist in controlling performance data and process indicators, proposing improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste; * Apply quality tools and root cause analysis to address issues related to manufacturing processes. **Requirements** Technical degree in progress in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields. Experience with Quality tools; Knowledge of Chronoanalysis, Mechanics, Electrical and Electronics; Office Suite; Ability to interpret regulatory requirements.
