Competitive benefits package aligned with the market Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the supervision of your direct supervisor, contributing to one stage of the production process; assist in plating; clean and prepare leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food plating and restocking. 5\. Clean and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Plate, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this task and under the supervision of your direct supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\.
