Additionally, it is important to lead initiatives autonomously. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day at Conta Simples:** * Work autonomously across the entire software development lifecycle; * Apply best practices in development and code design, promoting quality and maintainability for both new and existing projects; * Define and implement solutions meeting quality requirements autonomously; * Contribute to the development of other engineers; * Lead initiatives, definitions, and alignments with other areas autonomously; * Monitor and operate production solutions (Build & Run), ensuring performance, reliability, and quality; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing technical insights and contributing to product strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Solid backend development and software architecture experience; * Proficiency in OOP and best practices such as SOLID, Design Patterns, and Clean Code; * Experience with Node.js and TypeScript (or Java, or Kotlin, or Go); * Proven professional frontend development experience; * Knowledge and experience with React and React Native; * Strong knowledge and experience in automated testing (Jest, Mocha, Testing Library, etc.); * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; * Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS is a plus); * Experience with serverless architecture; * Proficiency in communication protocols, REST APIs, and integration best practices; * Proactive mindset, with autonomy to lead initiatives and propose improvements. **Additional Information** **Take a look at (some of) the benefits of being a Simpler:** Health insurance (nationwide coverage) with no monthly fee and copayment for our \#Simplers and up to \+2 legal dependents.
