Job Summary: A professional responsible for material control and organization, inventory management, and distribution to the construction team, providing support to overall project management. Direct support to administration and project management **REQUIREMENTS:** COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION; TECHNICAL COURSE IS A PLUS (LOGISTICS, ADMINISTRATION, CONSTRUCTION) **KNOWLEDGE:** INVENTORY CONTROL, BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS (ESPECIALLY EXCEL), CONTROL SYSTEMS. **COMPENSATION:** R$ 2.100,00 + BENEFITS **WORK SCHEDULE:** 44 HOURS PER WEEK **CORE COMPETENCIES:** ORGANIZATION, RESPONSIBILITY, AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION TEAM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Material Control**: receive materials, verify correct quantities and quality, register entries (receipts) and exits (consumption) in the system; * **STORAGE AND ORGANIZATION**: store materials, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, identify and segregate materials by type; * **INVENTORY CONTROL**: monitor minimum stock levels, prevent excess or shortage of goods; * **MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION**: deliver materials to the construction team and record deliveries; manage equipment distribution records; * **CONTROL AND DOCUMENTATION**: complete record sheets, reports, and receipt notes; conduct periodic INVENTORIES. Enter invoices for received materials into the Financial System. * **SUPPORT TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT**: collaborate with administration, engineers, site supervisors, and procurement staff; assist in purchase planning and propose improvements to reduce waste.
