Our client is a company that works with industrial machinery for cardboard packaging and is looking for a professional to work as a flexographic printing machine operator. **Responsibilities:** Receive the production order and verify the customer's specifications; Verify whether the rolls match the order; Request necessary materials from the assistant to carry out the process; Verify whether the cliché matches the intended print job; Prepare the machine by making the necessary adjustments to run the order with quality; Adjust the machine pressure according to the programmed colors; Start the equipment to begin the process, controlling production speed; Check print quality and ink viscosity; Perform basic machine maintenance; Make required entries in production records; Train new employees on machine operation; Alert colleagues about activity-related risks; Be responsible for team safety; Wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE); Comply with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Desirable training courses in the field; **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); Experience in this role; Ability to work in a team; Flexible availability regarding working hours; Organization; Attention to detail; Discipline; Workplace organization and cleanliness. **Benefits:** Meal voucher; Fuel allowance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (including lunch break); Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (including lunch break). **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Várzea do Ranchinho **City:** Camboriú **State:** Santa Catarina
