Provide customer service via WhatsApp and telephone, manage appointments in the system, and assist with bookings, rescheduling, and inquiries. Anticipate potential daily issues, communicate clearly, and seek agile and effective solutions. Maintain an organized, pleasant, and well-presented reception area, safeguarding the customer experience. Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Reception Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
