Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. **Location:** Natal/RN **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Full-time **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Civil Engineering Analyst** to participate in construction planning, monitoring, and control, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, quality, and technical standards, while supporting the engineering team in administrative and operational routines. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control construction execution; * Assist in physical\-financial planning; * Prepare and analyze technical reports and measurements; * Support budgeting and scheduling development; * Control costs, materials, and services; * Supervise work in accordance with projects and technical standards; * Support field and technical office teams; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (completed or in progress); * Experience in construction and/or planning; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Proficiency in Excel and control tools; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in public or private construction projects; * Knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software; * Experience with measurements and contracts. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance;
