Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the cash register, maneuvering and organizing vehicles in the parking lot, with attention and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. Greet and identify customers in the parking lot 2. Operate the cash register and issue vehicle tickets 3. Maneuver and organize vehicles safely and prudently Responsibilities and Duties **Your daily routine will include:** * Greeting customers arriving at the parking lot; * Identifying whether customers are authorized (sticker displayed on the vehicle's rearview mirror), monthly pass holders, or residents; * Verifying the cash drawer balance at the start of your shift; * Operating the cash register equipment in garages and parking lots (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issuing vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuvering vehicles to the appropriate location (in accordance with the parking lot's established standards); * Delivering vehicles to customers; * Organizing vehicle storage in the garage; * Always maintaining attention; * Promptly reporting to the supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Completing the shift-end cash report.
