Segantini Consulting provides specialized services in corporate consulting. We focus on customized solutions to optimize processes and increase company efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and integrate the Production, Inventory, and Logistics departments, ensuring seamless interdepartmental workflow. Directly lead a team of approximately 30 employees (production and logistics), supported by supervisors and team leaders. Manage and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), production volumes, scrap control, and setup times. Carry out production planning and control (PCP), validating manufacturing schedules and priorities. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the factory equipment. Ensure inventory organization and inventory count accuracy. Prepare weekly productivity reports and inventory closing reports for senior management. Previous experience as Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Operations Coordinator, or Production Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
