




**Job Posting: Hunter Prospector (SDR/BDR) – Zenya IA** Zenya IA is seeking a Hunter-profile professional to actively prospect new clients and commercial opportunities. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct active (outbound) prospecting via WhatsApp, email, and other digital tools. * Identify potential customers’ needs and present initial Zenya IA solutions. * Qualify leads and forward opportunities to the sales team. * Maintain organized records in the CRM and track conversion metrics. * Test outreach approaches, messaging, and strategies to improve results. **Requirements:** * Experience in active prospecting, SDR/BDR roles, or similar commercial functions. * Basic knowledge of CRM systems and digital tools. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and resilience for high-volume outreach. * Hunter profile: proactive and goal-oriented. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with automation tools or technology products. * Background in B2B sales. **Working Hours:** * 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. * Remote work on Saturdays. **Compensation:** * Minimum wage + transportation allowance + bonuses for achieving targets.
