Description

Job Summary: An accounting and tax professional who will provide client support, conduct tax compliance assessments, manage ancillary obligations, and prepare reports. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring companies' tax compliance Provide accounting and tax support to clients via phone, WhatsApp, and the client portal—answering inquiries, addressing requests, and recalculating federal, state, and municipal tax forms. Responsible for generating managerial reports such as revenue statements, trial balances, Statement of Income (DRE), and balance sheets. Monitor companies' tax compliance, including managing negative certificate records and resolving pending issues with competent authorities. Also responsible for analyzing, verifying, and managing ancillary obligations—including EFD ICMS, EFD Contributions, ECF, ECD, and EFD Reinf—to ensure adherence to legal deadlines and tax requirements. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields (from the 6th semester onward); Prior experience in tax and accounting areas; Experience supporting companies under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido tax regimes; Knowledge of tax legislation and ancillary obligations; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Strong communication skills for client interaction and guidance; Organized, analytical profile with ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks.
