Requires autonomy, self-management, results orientation, and strong communication skills. **SEGMENT** School **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** R$4000.00 + Benefits **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday - Business Hours **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields, with prior experience in the area. Autonomy, self-management, and results orientation are essential; the candidate must be execution-oriented and agile, with strong communication skills and initiative to drive improvements and develop the Human Resources function. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Will be responsible for conducting recruitment and selection activities, training, performance evaluation, as well as implementing and managing HR subsystems. Will also lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop and execute organizational culture and internal marketing initiatives, and conduct climate surveys. Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Salary: Starting at R$4,000.00 per month
