




Job Summary: A civil construction professional responsible for executing various stages of construction projects, from masonry structures to finishing works and repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Controlled demolition and repairs to existing structures **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Masonry Structures:** Construct and install walls, fences, and partitions using bricks, ceramic blocks, or concrete blocks. In hospitals and clinics, for example, precision in wall construction is critical for installing medical equipment and complex electrical systems. * **Coatings and Finishes:** Apply scratch coat, brown coat, and finish coat to walls and ceilings to create a smooth, uniform surface for painting, tiling, and other claddings. Also lay floor and wall coverings such as ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, and mosaic tiles. Finish quality is essential in high-standard locations like retail stores, gyms, and hospitals. * **Screeds:** Prepare and execute screeds, ensuring correct level and slope for final flooring installation. This is crucial in areas requiring drainage, such as bathrooms and kitchens. * **Demolition and Repair:** Perform controlled demolition of existing walls and structures according to project specifications, and carry out repairs on completed masonry structures. * **Installation of Frames:** Assist in installing doors and windows (frames), and construct lintels and relieving arches—reinforcement elements above openings. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Willingness to travel to any municipality in the country. * Valid and up-to-date personal documentation.
