We focus on customized solutions to optimize processes and increase business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Manage all phases of HR projects, from diagnosis, planning, execution to final delivery. Work on Job Positions and Compensation, including salary table creation and career path development. Implement Performance Management, with evaluation cycles, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and feedback. Structure Competency-Based Recruitment and Selection processes and cultural alignment. Conduct needs assessments and develop Training and Development (T&D) plans. Design the onboarding journey and employee experience. Create internal policies, code of conduct manuals, and support compliance and organizational climate initiatives. Prepare and present progress reports and KPIs to client senior management. Previous roles such as HR Analyst, Recruitment Specialist, Talent Consultant, or HR Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
