**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** 44 hours per week

* Manage contracts;
* Manage construction projects and staff;
* Monitor physical and financial schedules, performance measurement reports for construction projects;
* Coordinate field-based technical and administrative teams;
* Promote supplier and service provider management;
* Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards;
* Participate in strategic meetings and report to the executive board;
* Provide technical support in drafting construction project tenders and related procurement documents;
* Monitor performance indicators of projects under management.
**Requirements:**
* Technical course in Building Construction or a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
* Active registration with the relevant professional council is required if holding the above-mentioned qualifications in Building Construction or Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in construction project management.
* Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, legislation, and occupational safety.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS:
* Experience with institutional, public, or educational construction projects.
* Familiarity with management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, etc.), if qualified in the relevant field.
