This professional will be responsible for maintaining store organization, process control, and operational results. Responsibilities: Manage store staff, scheduling, training, and performance Monitor sales metrics, shrinkage, losses, and results Ensure product replenishment, store organization, and layout Supervise inventory control and stocktaking Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and procedures Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards Support administrative functions and report preparation Ensure achievement of company-established targets Requirements: Prior experience as a manager or supervisor in supermarkets or food retail Completed high school education (college degree preferred) Knowledge of people management and operational metrics Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.290,85 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
