RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Commercial Management: Monitor and guide sales negotiations, Implement sales initiatives to drive business growth; Monitor delinquency reports and support negotiations with customers; Process Management: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly laid out, Coordinate with suppliers on technical product training; Guarantee standardized customer service. Sales Team Management: Support HR in selecting new team members, Train new employees; Develop the team and monitor performance results; Customer Management: Generate new business opportunities, Retain existing customers and reactivate inactive ones; Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring consistently positive experiences. Inventory Management: Monitor logistics processes and inventory audit results, Ensure inventory accuracy, Manage the Logistics department budget to ensure effective resource allocation, Maintain effective communication with other departments to guarantee proper delivery of products and services. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in CAD tools and ability to read and interpret construction drawings is a plus; * Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix experience is a plus); full portfolio management documentation is mandatory; * Retail commercial experience, preferably in civil construction, custom furniture, and ideally in dry construction; * Experience in real estate, construction companies, real estate developers, or real estate agencies; * Familiarity with basic digital tools; * Strong communication skills; * Analytical ability and differentiated problem-solving skills; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver’s license (Class B).
