Desired Differentiators · Experience in postgraduate education segment; · Proficiency in commercial performance indicators (conversion rate, average ticket, CAC, etc.); · Skills in leadership and sales team monitoring; · Knowledge of the educational market and local partnerships in Natal/RN. Job Details Responsibilities and Duties · Monitor the sales team's performance, tracking goals, indicators, and results; · Ensure achievement of sales, conversion, and productivity targets; · Conduct periodic follow-up meetings, provide feedback, and ensure operational alignment; · Support the team in negotiations and strategic customer service when necessary; · Execute commercial and promotional actions defined by management and marketing department; · Monitor key sales funnel indicators (leads, conversions, follow-ups, cancellations, etc.); · Identify opportunities for improvement in sales operations and suggest adjustments to management; · Motivate, engage, and develop the sales team, promoting a culture of learning and performance; · Ensure compliance with commercial policies and adherence to IPOG's service standards Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Education assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher
