Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the management and updating of social media accounts, creating content, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Proactivity, organization, and creativity **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Remote work with 3 days onsite \- 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday) and 8 AM to 12 PM (Saturday) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Full-time — CLT Responsible for assisting in managing and updating the company's social media accounts; creating and scheduling content for digital channels (posts, e\-mails, blogs, and ads); supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns; monitoring performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.); preparing simple campaign performance reports; conducting market research and competitor analysis; performing basic technical configurations on digital platforms (e.g., Hotmart, WordPress, ManyChat, Typebot, etc.); maintaining task organization and checklists; and other related activities. **Requirements:** **Basic Requirements:** Completed high school education. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. Computer literacy including Excel (tables, formulas, charts). Proficiency with software systems. Knowledge of social media and digital marketing. Basic understanding of design tools (Canva or Adobe Photoshop). Familiarity with digital management and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Experience with digital marketing and paid traffic. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
