




Job Summary: Strategic and experienced Administrative Manager to lead the restructuring and organization of the administrative department, coordinating Controller, Finance, HR, Personnel Department (DP), and Commercial functions. We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Administrative Manager** to lead the restructuring and organization of our administrative department. This professional will be responsible for coordinating the Controller, Finance, Human Resources (HR), Personnel Department (DP), and Commercial areas, ensuring operational efficiency and interdepartmental integration. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** **You will do here:** * Coordinate activities across Controller, Finance, HR, Personnel Department (DP), and Commercial areas, promoting synergy and collaboration among them. * Possess knowledge of the Real Profit taxation regime and calculation of federal, state, and municipal taxes. * Develop and implement strategies to optimize administrative processes, continually seeking mechanisms to improve communication and data security for the company. * Have leadership experience, promote organizational culture, and foster talent development within the team. * Analyze performance indicators, propose continuous improvements, and present monthly results of each aforementioned department in meetings with the Executive Board. * Supervise budget and financial resource management. * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing the department. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **You must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting. * Solid experience in administrative leadership roles. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Strategic vision and data-driven decision-making ability. * Proficiency in ERP systems, workflow tools, Microsoft Office suite, and other technological tools. * Proven track record of achieving quantifiable goals and results. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Financial Management, Controller, or Business Management. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Performance-based bonus (results delivery) * On-site meals or meal voucher * Cost-of-living allowance * Life insurance * Corporate mobile phone **GROW WITH US!** Baratão das Embalagens, We are the fastest-growing company in the packaging distribution and commercialization sector.
