Job Summary: Welder professional to work at a construction materials store, responsible for welding, finishing, maintenance, and material control. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of 5S and stewardship of company assets Construction materials store seeks a Welder professional in Natal (Candelária). **Responsibilities:** Inspect parts to be welded, verifying specifications, drawings, and other details, selecting the appropriate welding type. Prepare parts to be welded by applying proper treatment to achieve perfect welds. Finish welded parts by filing, grinding, or sanding worked areas. Cut metal materials or parts using a cutting torch. Check the condition of welded components on equipment and tools and perform preventive maintenance. Control usage/consumption of welding materials, recording completed work and consumed materials. Specify and request required materials. Fulfill service requests according to departmental needs. Apply 5S throughout all department areas. Mandatory use of PPE. Keep all department areas clean and organized. Perform all tasks with quality and caution. Prepare weekly cost estimates for all returned equipment. Conduct functional testing on all produced equipment. Safeguard company assets. Work area focuses on electric and pneumatic machines, generators, hydraulics, gasoline-powered equipment, and others. Previous experience as Metal Structure Assembler, Welding Operator, Welding Technician, or Pipe Welder may indicate suitability for some duties of this position.
