Job Summary: The professional will assemble, install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment at distributed photovoltaic mini-generation plants, ensuring plant performance and preservation. Dynamic environment focused on technical solutions and improved performance Ivi Energia is a company that develops, implements, and operates distributed mini-generation projects using photovoltaic sources. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble, adjust, install, maintain, and repair electrical devices and equipment, such as photovoltaic modules, inverters, low-voltage panels, transformers, medium-voltage panels, solarimetric stations, CCTV systems, general electrical conductors, grounding systems and SPDA, safety devices, computers, and auxiliary equipment for photovoltaic distributed mini-generation plants; * Implement the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plan for photovoltaic distributed mini-generation plants; * Perform cleaning of photovoltaic modules; * Maintain organization and infrastructure of operational bases, sub-bases, and photovoltaic distributed mini-generation plants; * Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for photovoltaic distributed mini-generation plants, always prioritizing optimal generation performance, efficiency, and plant preservation; * Comply with maintenance, operation, and HHSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) procedures; * Meet pre-established performance indicators for the role; * Be available for on-call duty during weekends and holidays; * Ensure proper conservation and appropriate use of equipment, tools, vehicles, and other assets to guarantee well-being and safety; * Interact clearly and amicably with other departments and teams within the company to foster a pleasant and productive work environment; **Requirements:** * Technical training in Industrial Electrician / Renewable Energy Sources; * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the electrical sector; * Analytical and quantitative skills with focus on solving operational technical problems; * Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to sustain optimal indicator results, well-being, and generation availability; * Willingness to travel; * Driver's License – Category B; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Required Training:** * NR 10 SEP – Electrical Safety in Installations and Services; * NR 35 – Working at Heights; * NR 23 – Fire Protection; * Snake handling Minimum Education: Technical Course Willingness to travel * Meal allowance * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Life insurance
