Professional development in an environment focused on organization and results **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for maintaining physical and digital documents organized, archived, and easily accessible; identifying needs, requesting quotations, and issuing purchase orders; identifying needs for products and supplies and issuing purchase orders; registering and updating suppliers and products in the company's internal system; monitoring delivery deadlines; verifying received goods; preparing spreadsheets and reports; managing office supplies and other inventory items, requesting purchases as needed; monitoring contract deadlines, invoices, and other important documents; assisting with accounts payable and receivable control; issuing invoices; verifying bank slips; supporting store events and initiatives; and other related tasks. **Requirements:** Technical course in progress or completed. Bachelor's degree in progress or completed. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Basic knowledge of administration and finance.
