




Description: What do you need to have? * Education: Technical degree in Administration, HR, or related fields; * Desired: Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields; * Generalist experience in the HR area; * Specific knowledge: * Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate Excel; * Personnel Administration; * HR Department (Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development); * Labor Legislation; * Integrated Systems – ERP. On a daily basis, you will: * Provide support to employees, clarifying doubts regarding personnel administration and HR department processes. * Carry out full onboarding and offboarding processes. * Monitor pre-employment and return-to-work medical examinations. * Manage employees’ electronic timekeeping system. * Conduct absenteeism interviews and register medical certificates. * Support recruitment processes. * Deliver targeted refresher training sessions. * Attend daily morning and monthly meetings. * Support and execute internal communication activities and action plans related to surveys. * Work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. 2512200202551463014
