




* We are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant to support the company's administrative and financial routines, ensuring organization, control, and support to internal departments. We seek a detail-oriented, responsible candidate with strong organizational skills. **Main responsibilities** * Support financial routines (accounts payable and receivable); * Verification and recording of invoices; * Organization and control of financial and administrative documents; * Support for bank reconciliation; * Support for monthly closing and simple reporting; * Interaction with suppliers and internal departments; * General administrative support. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in administrative or financial areas; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility; * Good communication skills and proactivity. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with financial systems/ERP; * Experience with billing or financial routines.
