A dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities to interact with technologies **What We Are Looking For?** We seek a Senior Information Security Analyst with experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow to work on strategic Identity and Access Governance (IGA) initiatives. The professional will be responsible for leading access control projects, automating identity workflows, and fulfilling compliance requirements — always with a focus on security, efficiency, and scalability. This position plays a central role in the evolution of the organization’s identity architecture, contributing to strengthening information security practices and supporting the compliance and digital transformation agenda. #### **Responsibilities:** * Serve as a technical expert on the SailPoint platform, promoting security and governance best practices; * Implement and maintain identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance processes; * Develop integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, connectors, and custom workflows in SailPoint; * Conduct advanced troubleshooting and serve as the focal point for IAM-related incidents; * Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and business teams to ensure delivery efficiency and security. * Evaluate application architecture with a specific focus on the authentication/authorization layer; * Participate in application integrations with the IDM, including configuration of access policies, user management, access groups, and integration with internal and external systems; * Develop custom connectors, workflows, and policies; **Requirements:** * Solid experience with the SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow platform; * Strong knowledge of information security applied to identity and access management (IAM/IGA); * Proficiency in languages such as Java, BeanShell, XML, and consuming REST/SOAP APIs; * Experience with directory tools (AD, LDAP), authentication (SSO, MFA), and identity management in hybrid environments; * Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, Zero Trust). **Preferred Qualifications:** * SailPoint, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or similar certifications; * Experience with other IAM solutions (CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra, etc.); * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, DevSecOps); * Intermediate or advanced English (technical reading, writing, and speaking). **Work Location:** Campos Elíseos, São Paulo/SP **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals have opportunities to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
