Here, you will play an essential role in ensuring every delivery reaches the right place. **Responsibilities** * Maintain organization and upkeep of departmental work vehicles; * Perform duties in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Assist in verifying goods loaded onto the vehicle and documents to be delivered to customers; * Assist in loading and handling goods in vehicles; * Support the driver during delivery routes; * Carry out deliveries to customers according to the prescribed route sequence; * Load and unload goods at the warehouse and/or vehicles; * Provide internal support in the warehouse; * Receive payments and collect outstanding amounts from customers as needed during routes; * Contribute to maintaining cleanliness within the logistics department’s internal area. **Technical Competencies** * Basic knowledge of transportation safety; * Familiarity with financial documentation (checks, bank slips, invoices, DAS); * Knowledge of customer service techniques; * Familiarity with local routes, maps, and city streets. **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Prior customer service experience is preferred; * Valid driver’s license categories A and B are preferred. **Education** * Completed high school education.
