Follow food hygiene and safety regulations Restaurant seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Natal (Neópolis). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation, including cutting, sanitizing, and organizing ingredients. Support the chef in plating dishes, ensuring presentation and restaurant standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Monitor food storage, checking expiration dates and storage conditions. Assist in restocking supplies to keep the kitchen fully equipped during service hours. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations to prevent contamination. Assist with post-production cleaning to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next shift. Support the team with general tasks to enhance service efficiency. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
